Chef Derrick D’Souza

Experienced Chef of Jasmin, prior to this season, has a successful background as Chef in leading hotels like Taj Mahal, Bombay and Sofitel, Melbourne, Australia. He also worked as Chef in serious charter yachts. He spends winters in Melbourne, Australia in restaurant business and lectures in Food Technical Institute. He does Mediterranean, Indian, Asian and Continental.

Jasmin is proud to have him on board for different gourmet tastes.
